Oversee project and liaise with contractors and suppliers and internal stakeholders on project matters.
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measure.
Liaise with Mall Management on renovation requirements / permit-to-work application.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Track and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Manages project plans including budget and resources needed for target achievement.
Ensure deadlines are met, provide project documentation and provide reports on project updates to management when required.
Carry out designs and concepts as per drawing details and perspectives.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Design and Building Management, Architecture, or a related field in building/construction or minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects.
Proficiency in project budgeting and scheduling is essential.
Exhibits a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong team player and self-driven
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
