Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing for your assigned locations.
Execute stringent pre/post month-end checks to continuously improve data quality.
Improving processes by recommending operational changes.
Maintain a high standard of data integrity.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and Procedures to continuously improve import/ export activities to deliver better results in customers satisfaction and expectation as well as company bottom lines.
Perform/ prepare a diverse range of business analysis tasks aimed at driving business growth for IFF business in SEA.
Provide support regarding management data, processes and systems to business partners, Operations, SEA countries and HQ.
Provide support in administrative matters and ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD from time to time.
Simplify and enhance the current processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and decrease risks.
Support Business Controller and Regional Director on any tasks or projects handling requirements.
Work closely with cross departments to understand their data needs and devise relevant solutions.
Work closely with IT to ensure any issues are prioritised and any impact to data is minimised.
Requirements
Minimum diploma in logistics or supply chain management
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar industry
Possess Team Management Experience is an added advantage
Proficiency in preparing, analysing budgets/ forecast/ actual financial and non-financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Affinity to excel under pressure and possess a positive can-do attitude
Analytical and details oriented
