We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst (Projects) to join us in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the project team with regular follow-up meetings and effective communication with Sponsors.
- Defining milestones and dependencies with the team and stakeholders.
- Conducting meetings and lead discussion with business (users) and other IT teams to identify and track project requirements/progress.
- Working closely with multiple divisions to drive projects to successful completion.
- Bridge / translate business requirements to IT and vice versa.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of IT experience with project management
- MNC or consulting company experience is preferred.
- Good communications skill in Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively with good attention to details and documentations.
- Self-starter, critical thinking, open minded and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Finance Procurement knowledge and business analysis capability is preferred (optional)
