• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• 0 - 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh Graduate Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of robotic systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with strong CAD modelling skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, programming languages (such as Python, C), and knowledge of electronics and power systems and components.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:​

• Plan & Execute sales activities to achieve Target sales revenue & growth.

• Review sales plans and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales target.

• Builds strong customer relationship through direct negotiation with all Trade Partners (various channels which includes buyers and retailers).

• Managing of Brands and Negotiation of floor space.

• Efficient control of A&P budgets, monitoring of productivity/ROI.

• Ensure timely execution of trade promotional activities.

• Attend to other ad-hoc duties assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry.

• Possesses relevant experience in Sales and has direct negotiation with buyers and retailers with understanding of consumer channels.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills and has the ability to identify trends in the market.

• Has strong passion for FMCG Sales and Marketing.

• Self-motivated, highly initiative, resourceful, positive and independent worker to carry the portfolio.
