• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial parameters.
• Approve project expenditures and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project quality standards and ensure that engineering best practices and regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project reviews and ensure that design and technical documentation is accurate.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project status, issues, and progress.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years Project Management working experience, especially understanding the
• Chinese Companies cultures and working environments is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on semiconductor engineering fields, automation or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor engineering / automation technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to project sites or client meetings.
