Project Director oversee the entire life cycle of civil construction projects, from initial through to completion.

Develop and implement detailed project plan, design management, adherence to all health and safety standards, ensure resources are efficiently allocated and timelines are met.

Minimum 20 years of experience in Engineering Field with Degree in Civil Engineering.

At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction team for projects of similar scale and complexity. Related LTA experience perferred.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil/Structural /Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore

• Management of all demolition sites as allocated by the Company

· Team Leadership:Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
