Minimum 15 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for applicant as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer. At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for project of similar scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Team to ensure that the projects are completed according to project plans and schedules
• Able to estimate the scope of work (Cost and Man-hours)
• Prepare inspection and final work completion reports
• Ensure preservation of equipment is carried out as per project requirements and well-maintained as per individual maintenance schedules
• Supervise site inspection and resolve site matters pertaining to the project, sub-contractors work and progress of work
• Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning
• Liaise with contractors for site delivery, installation and testing
• Responsible for the coordination of all project site activities
• Oversee daily manpower deployment
• Execute site inspection and work discussion
• Assist and support Project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety procedures & policies, production reliability & efficiency
• Supervise and Train workers
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Supervise and ensure the overall safety measures and standards at the work site
• Other Ad Hoc work

Job Scope:

• Guide the Project Team in the role of a Project Manager to oversee and control the advancement of the project and adhere to the budget.
• Oversee and inspect the progress of subcontractors in line with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• Collaborate and cooperate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, or clients regarding shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Evaluate and synchronize Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure conformity with design specifications and guidelines.

Requirements:
