Candidate will be part of the Business Management team, reporting to the Head of Business Management. Within Dymon Asia, the Business Management team is responsible for managing all counterparty and vendor system relationships, and driving and implementing initiatives to support the firm’s business needs. The role requires the individual to be highly motivated, and to possess the ability to work on several projects/tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
This role will be based in the firm’s head office in Singapore, and will be responsible for:
·Implementing the firm’s business initiatives
·Handling Front Office requirements, including new Portfolio Manager onboardings.
• Handling internal infrastructure stakeholders’ (across Ops, Legal & Compliance, Finance, etc.) queries
·Handling counterparty relationships, including onboardings/KYC
·Understanding and handling of Portfolio Managers queries, Bridge between Front Office and infrastructure departments
·Working closely with vendors to identify solutions to day-to-day issues/new requirements
·Generating and reporting data
Essential Experience, Requirements & Skills:
·Effective project management and organization skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to adapt to fast changing priorities/assignments.
·Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
·Excellent problem-solving ability, and an analytical mind-set.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
·Capable of building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
·Good understanding of different financial products/asset classes is preferred.
·Knowledge in Excel Macro, PowerBI, Power-Automate and Business Objects Reporting Tools is desirable.
