Business Development Representative (ESS, EV charging station, Low & Medium voltage Cable)

· The company business focuses on Low & Medium voltage Cable, Electric Vehicle Charging station & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solution.
Job Description:
· Sales Representative Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating all project activities.
· Customer Base Analysis: Segment and analyze the customer base to identify potential opportunities and specific needs.
· Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement renewable project sales plans.
· Relationship Building: Maintain relationship with influencers and business associations (EMA).
· Sales Performance: Achieve turnover targets while providing prompt solutions.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years' sales or technical sales experience with a proven track record.
· Preference for experience in sales, marketing, or business development in Cable or Renewable Energy or ESS industry.
· Advantageous to have experience in project sales management.
· Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication abilities.
· Willing to travel extensively within the responsible region.
Other Information:
· In the first year, there won't be any sales (KPIs), allowing for a focus on strategic growth.
· Report to MD, who is sitting in Singapore office.
· Office Location: The Strategy, Singapore 609930 (Western of Singapore)
