Business Requirements Gathering:

• Work closely with stakeholders (credit risk, loan servicing, operations, IT teams, etc.) to gather and document business requirements for the NPA monitoring application.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in NPA monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with the project manager and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the NPA application.

Systems Design & Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design system enhancements and integrations with existing banking applications, including loan management systems, credit risk platforms, and financial reporting tools.
• Ensure the solution aligns with the bank’s broader technology architecture and data governance policies.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Lead or support testing efforts (UAT, integration testing) for the NPA monitoring application to ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Validate data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Training & Documentation:

• Develop user manuals and training materials to support end users of the NPA monitoring application.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of the new application.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on the Corporate Credit domain.
• Proven experience supporting technology projects related to credit risk management, NPA monitoring, loan servicing, or similar banking applications.
• In-depth understanding of the Corporate Credit lifecycle, including loan origination, monitoring, classification, provisioning, and recovery processes.

As part of the Finance Team, you will have a significant role into defining the PCD TR APAC financial equation through the different forecast exercises and closings, participating in making sure the financial operations run smoothly at the right level of data quality. Also, you will be a key contributor in various optimization and revamping projects of our financial processes. Key responsibilities

• Set regional goals, develop and improve the regional C&F and controlling strategies, contribute to procurement, energy, NCG material, and sustainability strategies, support sales market C&F organization with budgeting and forecasting, provide necessary tools, and continuously enhance budget accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Act as a finance business partner to the regional C&F organization, identify optimization opportunities, develop and implement efficiency methods, manage financial control systems, and ensure comprehensive cost follow-up for total C&F costs including Capex, Opex, reactive and scheduled costs, FM20 and SP10 costs.
• Set and implement controlling routines and analysis methods for Project and Facility Project Managers, secure reporting requirements at all levels, proactively analyze and evaluate departmental performance against goals, prepare and communicate regular reporting packages.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines and drive process improvements to mitigate business risks, while maintaining high-level financial transparency and clear delineation of team responsibilities and approval rights.
• Collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders to align work methods and assist the sales market C&F organization in preparing business cases for various store Capex and Opex projects.

• BENEFIT management and subsidiaries (6 markets) key contact for SEA local markets business activities :
  • Guide and support the regional and local teams in business analysis and decision-making (local report, specific HQ report…).

  • Evaluate the profitability of the brand by market and for the total region
  • Analyze the business risk and prepare backup plan for business target achievement
