We are looking to hire a Project Manager to join our Data Center team in Singapore. This position is focused on the growth of the APAC Data Center market share and the capture and execution of Data Center projects across Asia and ANZ. The role responsibilities include Strategic Account Management, Design & Project Management, and Project Acquisition.

• Responsible for both technical and financial aspects of the project.
• Leads and manages the team of Architects and multi-disciplinary Engineers through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
• Completes the scope of work to the satisfaction of the Client, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacobs HS&E, quality, financial, risk management; business and policy expectations are met. Recognize cultural sensitivities with Clients from other parts of the world.
• Play a significant role in the business development activities. This typically includes Client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiation.

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

• Minimum Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• Membership e.g. Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer / PMP would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience working in a design consultancy environment with 5 years of Data Center project experience.
• Proven capability to manage a large Data Center project of high complexity.
• Deep understanding and ability to apply the knowledge and skills required in the Data Center sector industry.
• Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.

Data Project Managers (PM) in Attribute Data are the driving force in each team. They help define what needs to be done and come up with the plan and effort to deliver those requirements.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering and managing resources to deliver within agreed scope. This role will also require substantial direct engagement with clients on a regular basis.

The PM is expected to be proactive in driving the delivery of projects and updating clients on the progress status. This role is mainly measured by how effective they are in managing project resource utilization and in the timely delivery of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client EngagementLead stakeholder management in relation to successful delivery of projects.
  Gather and finalize project requirements from clients.
  Get client buy-in and sign-off on project requirements, timeline, and budget.
  Provide project status updates and highlight any issues that require attention.
  Clarify on change requests from clients and respond with impact analysis and effort required to implement changes.
  
• Project Management & PlanningWork with Team Lead to ensure project requirements are aligned to client’s business objectives.
  Produce comprehensive plans to enable projects to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables, milestones, and budget.
  Define delivery process, monitor project progress, and implement remedial plans where and when needed.
  Develop test cases and drive UAT and QA activities.
  Produce project documentation and create knowledge libraries with the end goal of using this documentation to train and support the end users.
  Measure and report on metrics like time spent per project with the objective of continuously improving efficiency, effectiveness and resource utilization.
  Ensure that all projects are delivered according to Attribute Data’s standards.
  

Job Description

1. Someone who has banking background and knowledge in banking products (eg. loans, deposits, credit cards, credit risks, market risks etc.)

2. Business Analyst from business background and not so much from technology background

3. Good in using SQL and have analytic skills - need to write SQL queries to pull out big data and to understand (analyse) the data which are pulled out

4. Someone who has risk background (bank) would be advantage

5. Able to do user testing, write test cases and do testing for large volume of data

More details of the Requirements

Primary role is performed daily and month end checks on the risk data with the focus on:

• Daily reconciliation / completeness checks and highlighting and following up on reconciliation break

• Apart from daily BAU, support to upstream projects which impacts data mart and support to downstream reporting queries and enhancements will be required.

In some instances, Risk Analyst may be required to write simple users specifications.

• Perform daily and month end checks on data in Risk Data Mart including updates of reconciliation reports.

• Follow up and resolve reconciliation breaks.

• Perform impact assessment and UAT on both upstream projects and downstream enhancement changes.

• Support end users queries of Risk Mart and Risk Mart projects related configuration changes.

• Write simple users’ specifications for Risk Mart.

• Work with Risk Mart BAU lead to perform and resolve daily and month end reconciliation checks and issues. Update reconciliation documents.

• Perform UAT and documentation, raise and resolve UAT issues independently.

• Provide support to end users queries and Risk Mart related projects configuration changes
• Assist in Risk Mart specifications write-up

Conduct extensively data analysis and testing, hence both Banking and SQL experiences are required.
