- Those with accounting background/certification and/or can perform project costing centres, will be given the senior position

About the Role:

Reporting to the VP, you are required to follow established procedure and guidelines to provide timely and effective secretarial support to an office, business unit, department, or other organizational group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Gather, compile and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets
• Provide support for arranging visa and special authorization to support functions travelling activities (collecting certificates, filling out forms, pictures, submitting to specific authorities, etc.)
• Answer telephone, screen calls and take messages from external or internal sources so that callers/visitors are answered promptly, courteously and accurately
• Accurately prepare and proof read a wide variety of material (e.g. correspondence invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics and/or spreadsheet software)

• Security door access management (including after-hours door access support)
