Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal teams, including AV Designer, Drafter, Engineer, Site Engineer, and Safety Officer.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Study and analyze schematic designs and construction drawings to create accurate AV construction drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change orders, and manage the Bill of Material (BOM).
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing their expectations and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Plan, manage, and allocate necessary resources to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
• Other additional tasks as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works (preferably related to M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or structured cabling).
• With Audio Visual technical knowledge or project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner;
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Engineer you take the lead in the technical work preparation for product development, studies, tenders and commercial projects.

You will assist the project manager and lead a team of engineers to execute the project. In this role you will be the single point of contact for the technical interface with the Client and subcontractors.

After completing the project preparations in the office and fabrication yards, your team will support the vessel crew during the execution on board their crane vessels.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar.

• Minimum 8-year experience in engineering, project preparation and execution of offshore projects.

• Work experience in the offshore is mandatory.

• Good understanding of offshore assets and equipment capabilities in order to win, prepare and execute offshore projects.

• Familiar with the offshore oil & gas and renewables business.

• Supervisory and coaching skills to provide guidance to less experienced engineers.

• Willing to work (temporarily) offshore on their vessels, yards, overseas or in our other offices.
