• Degree or Diploma in Engineering Disciplines with adequate exposure background in site electrical work.
• Demonstrated some knowledge of Electrical System Interconnection and Technical References.
• Proven track record in project management, including experience in budget control, project scheduling, operation of a fabrication workshop, and conducting feasibility studies for project proposals.
• PMP certification is preferred but not a must; in lieu, a critical pathway-centric approach to project management will take precedence.
• Experience leading and managing teams effectively and robustly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Good engineering background, with a focus on automotive and/or power engineering being a distinct advantage.
• Ability to converse both in English & Mandarin for liaison with Durapower's chinese subsidiary in Suzhou.

Job Description

• To support on Engineering FPSO & FPU Projects schedule central planning
• To follow up on P – Series Improvement initiatives and implementation of lesson learnt
• To monitor topside engineering document submission status and analyse topside six-week lookahead file submitted to KBR.
• Prepare weekly report to include topside engineering status verified by Seatrium, identify gaps (if any), Status of overdue documents and open comments. Rate of closing document comments etc.
• Project Report shall be provided to Seatrium engineering management team and relevant discipline leads to follow up
• To assist on Projects resource management, Engineering management and digitalisation
• To assist on all project engineering coordination related activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or relevant apprenticeship training in a marine trade
• Knowledge of various workshops dealing with specialised works in the industry
• Able to perform scheduled night duties when required
• Attend to vessel’s needs during weekends and public holidays
• Travel within the country or abroad for ship check
• Good knowledge of marine industry skills in any discipline
• Knowledge in Hull,Mechanical, Piping & Electrical will be advantageous
• Good planning,organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of project management software and other planning softwares

Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary as well as any other services awarded's installation works.

• To supervise all works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to local authorities requirement.

• Able to design, submit, coordinate drawings and plan for approval and amendment.

• Adopt preconstruction isometric drawing preparation and material take off prior to site possession.

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 6 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License
