Responsibilties:
- Assist Project manager to handle project operations.
- Correspond and coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, clients and vendors.
- Prepare site progress report.
- Supervise, inspect, and control quality and workmanship of all work activities.
- Ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within cost and time with the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum "O" level / Professional NITEC certificates or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in constuction industry.
- Responsible and mature.
- Motivated, take initative and work independently.
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels.
12-18 months project contract with option to convert to permenant position.
