We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Associate Business Development Manager to support our investment team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing client relationships and investments: This involves overseeing clients' investment portfolios, ensuring their financial goals are met, and making informed investment decisions on their behalf
2. Building trust with clients through regular contact: Regular communication is crucial in building trust with clients. This includes keeping them informed about market trends, investment performance, and any changes to their portfolios
3. Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals: Wealth management involves a team effort. You'll work with other experts, to ensure clients receive comprehensive services
4. Identifying new business opportunities and developing solutions to meet client needs: This involves staying alert for potential investment opportunities and creating personalized solutions to address clients' specific financial goals and risk tolerance
5. Staying up-to-date with wealth management and investment knowledge: The financial industry is constantly evolving. You'll need to stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment products to provide the best possible advice to clients
6. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis. Present findings and recommendations to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Local Diploma, A Levels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant sales/ acquisition experience in banking sales with a proven sales track record is preferred
