Requirements:

1. At least Diploma/Bachelor degree in Construction Management or equivalent;

2. At least 5 years of solid experience in fit-out projects of retails, offices etc;

3. Strong technical background and site experience;

5. Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents;

Summary

• Primary function is to evaluate corporate loans lending within Bank credit policy.

Functional

• Analyze loan applicants’ financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting loan for submission to management for approval and communicate decisions to business and relevant support units.
