As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of this complex implementation of a Tier 1 enterprise platform, leading a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders (IT, HR and Finance departments) as well as external parties (System Integrator, vendors). You will manage tight timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, Finance and IT leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Support evaluation of potential solutions based on functionality, cost, integration capabilities, and compatibility with both HR and Finance needs.
- Manage and lead the System Integrator project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop with the System Integrator a detailed project plan encompassing both HR and Finance modules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, deliverables and testing activities for both HR and Finance modules.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR staff, Finance staff, and employees.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
- Track project progress against goals and report to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead post-implementation activities, including system optimization and user support for both HR and Finance modules.
