Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for effective and efficient project planning and tracking using Primavera P6 software.

· Support Project Manager/Project Director by providing detailed schedule and updates team on critical path.

· Lead project planning and management activities, overseeing and handling all aspects of PVP6 activities on site from initiation to completion.

· Monthly programme updates, preparation and submission of respective S-curve reports, overall progress reports to Client.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction (develop and maintain project schedules).

· Track and monitor project schedules against project baseline.

· Assist in tender stage project planning and submission.

· Attend meeting as and when required, coordinate with project teams on impact of works, and on resolution of problems.

· Maintain respective project documentation in accordance to Client and Internal documentation needs, in shared folder.

· Prepare simple letter, for DAR document submission, submission of project document via Client documentation system, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in communication systems preferred.

• Experience in Oracle Primavera P6 is required.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks will be of advantage.

• Knowledge in LTA projects is preferred.

• Knowledge in ISO9001:2015.

Job Description:

• Support the CEO on business administrative tasks, including documentation and coordination activities.
• Support the CEO and/ or other Business Function Leaders, as defined by the People Leader, on projects and the function BAU activities.

• Review and give detailed feedback on main contractors’ schedule submissions and recommend status of approval / non-approval to the SO/SO(Rep) in compliance with CAG requirements.
• Prepare monthly dashboard reports to CAG in relation to the progress of works and any issues that may negatively impact on the timely completion of the contract including presentation to stakeholders, if any.
