Responsibilities:

· To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, Structure works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning

· To calculate/estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements

· To prepare technical submissions for all tender submissions

· To be involved in site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress

· To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and/or Equivalent

· Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in the Construction industry

· Proficient in MicroSoft Project Planner

· To have prior experience in construction planning with building-related facility

•Min 4 years relevant experience.

•Diploma in engineering field or Information Technology, with experience in communication systems preferred.

•Professional Knowledge, Experience and familiar with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.

•Knowledge in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks will be of advantage.

•Knowledge in ISO9001:2015.•Good interpersonal skills.

•Demonstrates independent and creative thinking when performing problem solving initiatives.

•Highly motivated, dependable and self-reliant, works well under the pressure of deadlines.

•Demonstrates an ability to work in an environment where calculated risk taking is necessary.

•Min 4 years relevant experience.

We’re looking to add a Planner, Project (Contract 1 Year) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Planner, Project (Contract 1 Year), you will:

Responsible for Project Planning administrative roles where the major responsibilities are providing timely and accurate support to raising and tracking ePurchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders. Support product costing and logistics support.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Coordinate and work closely with R&D and NPI team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Raise and track ePurchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders.
• Manage receiving and delivery of parts.
• Knowledge of Delivery Orders, Shipping Documents, Invoices and etc.
• Provide material and logistic planning and support to the R&D during development phase.
• Assist in tracking product costing.
• Assist Program Manager in tracking RFQs, cost and quotations of builds.
• Generate reports and analytics.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business or Engineering and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of project planning is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and meticulous team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, supportive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to change as required.
