Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, forecasting of resources and planning project budget.

Monitor the progress of the lift installation sites and update promptly.

Highlight and coordinate all technical problems encountered.

Examine the results of different problem-solving solutions.

Explore, recommend, and implement improvements and preventive measures on operational issues.

Perform the basic risk assessment.

Report WSH incidents.

Suggest WSH solutions for the existing processes.

Attend regular site meetings and liaise with Main Contractors, Architects, Consultants and Clients pertaining to site matters arising from the projects.

Work in partnership with partners to include transportation operations within logistics operations.

Work with resources in the interest of business activities.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

3 or more years of relevant experience in Lift industry preferred.

Proficient in MS Office

Preferably possesses own transport.

Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination and Management – Planning, Scheduling and Allocating Resources.

· Review mechanical drawings including verification of details.

· Monitor progress of fabrication and ensure timely completion.

· Ensure project meets contract requirements, specifications and budget.

· Coordination of movement of parts required for production.

· Resolve all technical & manpower issues.

· Attend meeting with client & other stakeholders.

· Liaise with client, sub-contractor, and inspectors to discuss technical issues when required.

· Handling progressive claim & final claim for variation order.

· Prepare quotation, cost estimate, and budget for projects.

· Monitors, tracks, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.

Requirements: ·

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent

· Min 2 years experience in Project Management

· Candidates without the necessary experience but with the right attitude may be considered.

· Proactive, Meticulous & Willing to learn

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

· Class 3 Driving license will be a plus

· Willing to travel overseas when required

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible in securing and managing security & communications related system projects and third-party product & systems.

• Member of Project team, responsibilities include project planning, co-ordinate, implement and manage security & communications related systems projects;
• Preparation of engineering design and documentation and follow up on quotations;
• Preparation of project submissions, ensure up-to-date documents and final submission of project documentation;
• Review contract scope, requirements and all costing to ensure designed systems meet customer’s requirements;
• Co-ordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule;
• To improve on project profitability;
• Supervise and monitor progress of works on site;
• Ensuring smooth progress and completion of projects within budget/cost and time and quality standards;
• Responsible in project closure, project audit findings if any and follow-ups;

• Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent;
