Job Description:
We are looking for Assistant IT Project Manager / IT Project Management Officer (PMO) / IT Project Coordinator
Skills:
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent in preparing presentation, Meeting minutes and hands on excel work
• Must have working Expereince in agile IT project
• Worked in Cross functional IT projects and Client vendor arrangements as vendor team.
•Have knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them in advance. Ensure that participants have the necessary information and materials for the meeting.
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling, room reservations, and ensuring necessary resources are available.
- Communication: Communicate meeting details, changes, and follow-up actions to participants. Serve as a point of contact for meeting-related inquiries.
Organization: Maintain an organized and accessible record of meeting minutes, agendas, and related documents for reference.
Follow-Up: Track and follow up on action items and deadlines discussed during meetings, providing updates as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
