About the Role:

Part of the Sales team of Business Assurance SEA (certification and training), the Country Business Developer will report to the Area Manager of Southeast Asia.

• Responsible for driving sales, developing business relationships, establishing and maintaining both sales and business development strategies to meet sales targets, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• In a proactive mode, approach targeted companies, and identify and generate business opportunities in line with DNV services portfolio.

About You:

• Bachelor degree.
• 3 years minimum sales experience from another certification body or similar industry, preferred.
• Independent and able to understand the competitive landscape of the certification marker in Singapore.

• Provide PM/ BA support for front to back control review in futures and derivatives clearing.
• Perform root cause analysis of control gaps in the operations team.
• Documentation of project artefacts, including, Target Operating Models, BRDs, User Stories, Test Cases
• Support Ops SME's in determining, identifying, and remediating the control gaps and documenting them.

Your Background
