In this role, you will collaborate with clinical leads and planning teams to support the informatics requirements for ongoing operations and development of new services and capabilities, as well as promote patient safety and enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include working with internal and external stakeholders to align informatics needs with the development of hospital services and operational plans, coordinating workflow simulations to test new models both virtually and on physical prototypes, facilitating procurement and resourcing for assigned projects, and supporting the hospital’s operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT) plans.

Additionally, you will facilitate coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and provide regular reports to the Hospital Planning Committee.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in local hospital setting is an advantage
• Strong knowledge and skills in project management, programming languages (C++, Python, Java, JavaScript), and technology adoption methodologies are highly advantageous
• Team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
• Possess critical thinking skills and willing to think outside the box
• Ability to engage various stakeholders in a dynamic environment within a growing organisation

• Position: Project Coordinator (General Contractor/Building Construction) – Up to $5,000 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday Standby at Home
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave (10 Days on 2nd year and 14 Days on 3rd year)

Job Scope:

• Analyze and plan change requests cum project related to Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Regulatory Reporting applications using Hyperion, Oracle Financials and Moody's Ray software. (Focused On General Accouting & IFRS9 Applications)
• Perform regulatory requirements and data analyses, functional solution review, User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation, UAT execution and production implementation tasks

Job Requirements:

You will provide IT user support to the department with a primary focus on the billing system and applications. This includes, but is not limited to, participating in requirements gathering sessions, scripting test scenarios, conducting user acceptance tests, documenting test results, and maintaining setup tables in billing systems. You will also liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at the Ministry, SingHealth cluster, hospital and department levels.

Requirements:

· Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience

· Knowledge in design thinking, automation tools (e.g. RPA UiPath, ChatBot knowledge maintenance) and SAP billing system will be an added advantage
