Role Overview
As an Associate Project Manager you will support the local Professional Services team in the successful deployment of SHL’s range of Talent Solutions and in managing all client projects. This role will involve gaining an in-depth understanding of the Solution Deployment process, collaborating with SHL’s global teams to set up the deployment steps and act as the client interface throughout their journey with SHL. You will also be responsible for scheduling and managing the day-to-day activities of all client projects and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall deployment of SHL’s solutions on critical projects
· Acquire and maintain knowledge about the process for SHL’s range of talent solutions, as well as keep the team updated as processes change
· Establish a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
· Create and maintain up-to-date project plans based on the solution deployment steps
· Act as an escalation point for the team on internal/external matters and escalate as appropriate to relevant teams to ensure project success
· To create weekly/monthly reports as and when required and support the Consulting team with consolidating data for analysis

Experience:
· Demonstrable experience at Project Management level for critical projects and supporting others to perform effectively
· Solid experience with a customer contact / customer delivery environment
· Superior interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong experience of working and managing the SLAs; working to milestones and deadlines, reporting progress, and dealing with change requests
· Experience of working with a global team and in a Talent Management Consulting organisation is preferred
