Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects
- Design of Pre-concept and Concept Masterplan schemes for high-profile urban design projects.
- Develop urban design strategies, diagrams, and technical studies.
- Coordination between other team members and external consultants.
- Play an active part in Client presentations, explaining urban design concepts and technical inputs.
Requirements:
- Background in architecture and masters in urban design or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of masterplanning experience in relevant field.
