You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. Technical and Professional Requirements :

• Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a specialization in Private Banking.

Role Overview:
The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading the project planning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors services. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, pre-sales and other service delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of implementation, optimization, and support projects. The Senior Business Process Consultant will drive business growth, will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will ensure quality in delivering SuccessFactors service engagements.

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or HR technology, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors services.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations or optimizations from start to finish.
• Previous experience in a business management or client-facing leadership role is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:

■Key Job description:
As a senior consultant, you are expected to lead project execution and lead a small team of consultants assigned
to the project, especially on the following job scope:

1) Sales
-Be a partner with CxO level of clients or internal project managers by keeping yourself abreast of business dynamics (e.g. carbon neutrality, digital transformation).
-Getting involved in a sales activity, convert potential clients by clarifying their business issues, and create a proposal to pitch new projects.

2)Execution
-Conduct analysis and formulate a strategic recommendation based on the research and business analysis results to client
-Make and present a strong and convincing business case story and strategy recommendation to client.
-Write report as deliverables to client, mainly in Microsoft Power Point
-Liaising with other office team members (Japan, Thai, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, etc) for project

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in management consulting firm, market research firm, corporate
  planning roles, business development roles
• Business acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to present solutions to complex problems
  in a logical and step-by-step manner in various industries
• Top performance in sales and execution of consulting projects or relevant strength
• Academic background in business field (accounting & finance, marketing) is an advantage
• Business level Japanese language proficiency (N2 and above) is required to communication with Japan team members and clients
• Professional mindset with high sense of responsibility toward client
• Strong attitude towards learning new things beyond his/her comfort zone
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel

Role & Responsibilities:

-Manage and lead a team of full time and part time screening executives to -ensure seamless execution of health and wellness projects

-Liaise with client for project implementation including publicity, logistics, client -servicing and service recovery

Work you will do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in handling product complaints, doing risk assessments, collecting product feedback; and working with teams like Product Management, Product Development, Quality Assurance etc
• A background of lab experience with knowledge and understanding of genetics, molecular biology, cell biology and related fields. In addition, theoretical knowledge and experience of novel experimental design, sample preparation methodologies, data analysis and biological phenomena interpretation. We would be looking for knowledge and experience on NGS platforms along with experience in presenting, teaching or training other scientists!
• We expect technical competency to understand and clearly discuss fundamental theory and principles of experimental design, techniques and results; to stay current in technical knowledge. Proficiency with data visualization and analysis techniques is desirable but not essential!
• Prior experience in developing and improving processes for product usage and support is desirable, as is an understanding/experience of handling product complaints and managing product quality.
• You should have an approachable manner that encourages interaction with others and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be an excellent troubleshooter and able to manage different priorities.
