The Project Administrator/Executive will support the planning, execution, and closing of projects by providing administrative support and coordination. This role involves collaborating with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
• IT/System account creation/administration
• Support the project manager with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Other supporting duties as needed

Responsibilitties

• Understand and specialized with various data maintenance
• Ensure accuracy and filing of all maintenance forms
• Ensure Masterfile data is clean and up to date.
• Perform Master Data cleansing on a regular basis
• Handling simple IT related issues feedback from banners and IT helpdesk (within 24 hours)
• Respond to email promptly and act within 24 hours
• Assist in master file cleanup when necessary
• Training of team members on compliance
• Perform UAT as required
• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/MDT Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail or a related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Dynamic, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong administrative skills; organized and systematic
• Clear and effective communication skills
