Job Responsibilities:
- Be the liaison officer between vendor, internal stakeholders, and residents to coordinate and establish defects rectification works.
- Track and follow up on rectification schedules to ensure that works are delivered timely, and residents are promptly informed.
- Maintain existing database and perform data extraction/ analysis for regular reporting.
- Manage customer's enquiries and feedback and escalate to the relevant parties where needed.
- Participate in meetings to provide inputs and data where required.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Period:
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Salary:
- up to $3000 + completion bonus
Location:
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of admin and customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.).
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication.
- Adaptable and resourceful to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Detail oriented and good time management skills.
