Responsibilities

• You will be assigned main projects and you must drive project deliverables with internal/external business users and business partners.
• Effectively ensure communication and provide timely updates to our customers upon completion of key project milestones and issues.
• Manage external vendors and control project risks and change requests to successfully deliver on time.
• Ensure that all project activities including implementation plans, analysis, progress reports, changes of scope are well documented.
• Participate and contribute in Requirement Gathering, Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for projects and incidents are met.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and liaise with stakeholders/project team of different time-zone/culture.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in the information technology sector.
• Hands on experience with Linux/Unix and SQL.
• Minimum 2 years of IT working experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Sense of ownership and passionate character
• Understand Government processes and Networking will be an added advantage.

Requirement: :

1 Have a valid class 3/4 driving license.

2 Familiar driving in Singapore roads.

Job Description :

1. Provide analytical support to General Manager in executing assigned projects.

2. Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.

3. Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions.

4. Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities.

5. Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.

6. Assist in project design and development activities.

7. Work with General Manager in change order management, project tracking and document control activities. 8. Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.

9. Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.

10. Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.

11. Develop project reports for management and clients.

12. Analyse and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner.

13. Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones.

14. Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, meeting minutes and other documents.

15. Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.

16. Need to Know Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, Powerpoint) and Auto Cad Sofware.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Keeping track of migration timelines for the Migration of SHIP-HATS from 1.0 to 2.0
• Collating info on migrating agencies that are in danger of missing migration deadlines, or have missed their migration deadlines
• Over-time, if the individual is inclined, he/she can answer simple queries relating to onboarding to SHIP-HATS
• Other admin tasks for migration and SGTS events
