This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work with equipment and creative projects, along with strategic tasks like market analysis and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Oversee and introduce new products and applications, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and ensuring our inventory is always equipped with the latest and most innovative tools.

• Equipment & Props Management: Source, organize, and maintain equipment and props, ensuring the team is always prepared for diverse projects.

• Software Proficiency: Learn and master all software tools required for photo booth operations

• Guides & Manuals: Develop and maintain crew guides and troubleshooting manuals for smooth operations.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market updates and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

• Product & Backdrop Shoots: Coordinate product shoots and creative backdrop setups, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet our brand standards.

• Event & Booth Management: Oversee the management of a permanent booth, along with temporary installations for events.

• Studio Exploration & Customization: Explore studio setup and customization options to enhance client experience, including the creation of templates and guides.

• Client Servicing: Engage with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

• Photography Projects: Coordinate and execute outdoor and creative photography projects, showcasing versatility in capturing a wide range of concepts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and other studio tools is a plus but not mandatory

• Software Skills: Familiarity with photo editing and studio management software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is highly desirable.

• Analytical Skills: Strong market research and analytical skills for competitor analysis and staying updated on industry trends.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage studio resources, props, and equipment.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client servicing.

• Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively for photography and experential setups, creating unique visuals that align with brand standards.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asssist Project Managers in determining and defining project scope and objectives
• Assist in predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist with project schdedule and support with administrative work
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers
• Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational policies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in M&E / Diploma in Building Services Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Min 8 years of IT Application Project Manager Experience
• Relevant experience in vendor & contract management, Change Request/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management
• At least 5 years' experience in supporting application and operations in both on-premise & cloud hosting systems
• Relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage
• Relevant experience in healthcare domain will be an added advantage
• Relevant PM Certifications. Agile Certification and/or practical experience with Agile methodologies, tools & delivery and proficiency in Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
