Position: Contract (1 year, renewable)

Job Role:
- Experience in Java, Spring framework, BIRT report, SQL and Oracle database
- Familiar with Sonar and Fortify scan to improve code quality
- Provide application support and application troubleshooting
- Provide production support, support user query and work on enhancements
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements, changes/fixes to system
- Perform workaround and problem resolution, i.e. analyze and classify issues, queries and issues reported by users
- Lead investigation of reported issues, identify root cause, implement workaround and fixes to resolve issues within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Track all reported request, issues, etc. to closure and within SLA
- Able to work well with Team Lead, fellow colleagues and developers
- Able to update documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English (written and verbal)
- Has experience in the following:
- Prepare and lead requirement gathering activities
- Gather, analyze and formalize user business processes and requirements
- Verify and validate the requirements and document them into documents
- Perform screen mockup and prototype to confirm requirements
- Understand the project scope and ensure requirements adhere to project scope
- Analyze and consider the integration between modules and interfaces with other systems
- Perform requirement traceability, identify out of scope requirements and escalate scope creep
- Review, identify and resolve conflicting, incomplete and inaccurate requirements
