• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am – 5.30 pm, Sat: 9 am-1 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and resolving any issues that arise.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and tenders for new projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and establish strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, particularly in ERP or software solutions, and will be skilled at identifying and closing business opportunities. This role involves frequent travel within Southeast Asia and requires strong problem-solving abilities in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners, managing their expectations effectively.
• Qualify and close sales opportunities, utilizing sound problem-solving skills to navigate challenges.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of business applications, Cloud solutions, or ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, marketing, or IT.
• Previous experience in B-to-B sales, particularly in ERP or software solutions, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a sales context, with a proven track record of qualifying and closing deals.
• Willingness to travel for business within Southeast Asia.
• Experience in solution sales of business applications, Cloud solutions, or ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client and business partner relationships.

Job Description

• Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the physical security industry, including providers of turnstiles, CCTV, and comprehensive building management solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends in smart workspaces and physical security, ensuring our channel strategies align with market demands and opportunities
• Train and support channel partners on our product offerings and value proposition, emphasizing the integration of smart workspace solutions with physical security systems
• Collaborate with partners to co-create tailored sales and marketing strategies, aiming to maximize market penetration and revenue growth across all channels

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
• Strong existing network within the physical security industry, including connections to lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, including turnstiles, CCTV, and building management solutions.
• Strategic thinker with a solid ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the channel sales framework
