To develop and operationalise emergency plans to ensure the preparedness and readiness of the organisation to any emergency or crisis.
- Develop and implement emergency and security plans, policies and SOPs.
- Develop and conduct EP training to achieve a high level of preparedness for emergency response.
- Conduct physical deployments and exercises to ensure a high level of emergency readiness.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and government agencies on all emergency related activities.
- Manage and ensure all emergency items and supplies are fully stocked and replenished as necessary.
- Manage the Emergency Department’s budget and funding requirements.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification, with minimum 4-5 years of experience in emergency and crisis preparedness roles.
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for details.
