Main Purpose of the Job

Key Outputs

Before starting the project design phase:
Define the project team, project scope, success criteria and milestone deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Ensure available standards and best practices, as well as understanding of current category loss tree are revised as part of the project planning , to ensure that project design credit (AIP) will be efficiently utilized. Build the investment project charter and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project.

During project design phase:
Execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé Corporate and Category standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability). During the project implementation phase:
Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to ensure that the fixed asset side of the project is implemented (e.g. buildings and equipment construction, testing, installation and commissioning) in accordance with the defined category standards, timing, cost and quality. And that all of the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.

During the start-up phase of the project:
Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders to ensure a vertical start-up meeting manufacturing excellence criteria and required production volumes. Complete an smooth handover to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation. Support the preparation and distribution of the project documentation, including the project final report, Project Defect Analysis (PDA) and feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System. During the whole project life:
