Are you a seasoned Calypso Business Analyst with expertise in back-office operations? We have a thrilling opportunity for you to be a part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Change Management:
- Analyze enhancement requests for repo business and new products.
- Collaborate with Architects to propose innovative solutions.
- Develop specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, and release documentation.
- Coordinate user acceptance tests and ensure successful monthly releases.
- Provide expert support for the release roadmap in production.
Incidents and Requests Management:
- Offer level 3 application support, troubleshoot, and fix issues/bugs.
- Manage incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams.
Continuous Improvement:
- Enhance operational processes for optimum efficiency.
- Coach and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst in Calypso back office.
- Expertise in Calypso versions v14 to v17, covering Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, Corporate Action, and more.
- Thorough understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle.
- Experience with regulatory reporting (HRF, NORIA, MMSR) and interfacing Calypso with external systems.
- Hands-on experience in implementation projects with a track record in AGILE methodologies.
- Proficient in implementing NR (Non-Regression) scenarios.
- Willingness to provide L3 support and participate in on-call rotations.
Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance).
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in relevant roles.
Shift Timings:
- Work in shifts for ASIA or EMEA regions: (9 am 6:30 pm SGT) or (3 pm midnight SGT).
- Participate in on-call rotations with teammates to cover night and weekend support.
