Job Requirement

• Candidate must process at least Diploma and above
• Related in business or marketing and with min 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry

The role will work closely with our sales, delivery and technical teams to provide our customers with a seamless experience and assist them in achieving their business objectives with our product.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our solutions - IoT & SaaS product suite and its features
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
• Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives with our product.
• Track and report on customer success metrics
• Create and maintain customer documentation, including user guides and training materials
• Advocate for the customer internally and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in customer success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
• Experience working with SaaS & IoT products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

• Involve in Site Management.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants. Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge in residential & commercial building installation works.
• Knowledge in design skills and usage of AutoCAD/ Revit will have added advantage.
• Those familiar with HDB projects will have added advantage.
• Applicants without relevant qualification must have minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Training provided for fresh graduates with no experience.

At SmartClean, we are looking for an experienced Project engineer to handle the entire lifecycle of our projects - working closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors - to ensure on-time project delivery meeting Client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical specifications.
• Site visit for assessment of Installation at Customer Premises (Commercial Buildings)
• Study drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for Bid & proposals.
• Liaise with the Electrical contractor and Supervise installation & coordinate site issues.
• Resolve maintenance issues on the installed base.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites

• Polytechnic/Diploma/Degree specializing in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in handling Electrical Engineering Projects.
• Prior exposure to Supply Chain management.
• Willingness to travel as project requirements.
• Experience in handling IoT projects is a plus.
• Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and review master construction programme and preparation of catch-up programme if applicable
• Preparation of detailed programme for site team to follow accordingly and complete on time
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction
• Coordinate between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower/material/equipment demands to meet schedules
• Liaise with the Consultants, Resident Engineer and Contractors on the submission related to structural works
• Coordination of day to day site execution

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent as recognized by PE board
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Construction industry
• Independent with good communication skills
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Highly driven and motivated
• Able to work under pressure
