Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, testing program security equipment in compliance with company policies and standards

• Provide technical support and assistance to sales team

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in security, electronic, or electronic project implementation
• Prior experience dealing with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/ systems will be ideal

1. To perform troubleshooting of Live plant MCC, other electrical panels, lighting systems, and various process instruments

related to Jurong Island - Chemical plant.

2. To support and oversee vendor-installed new MCCs/LV boards as per the design and ensure safe commissioning

6. To upkeep the spare part list and consumable list

7. To key in manhour in the CMM system

8. To upkeep the maintenance records and perform maintenance activity assigned by the supervisor 9. To perform electrical

LOTO for site activities.

10..To perform minor cable laying, termination, and glanding of E&I equipment.

11. Assist mechanical technicians with any emergency troubleshooting related to E&I works.

12. To provide support for E&I fitter for tray works and tubing, and related installation works(small panels, lights JB, etc)

13. Previous experience in turn-key / green field / gray field E & I construction experience is mandatory

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least two years of relevant
• experience in building projects.
• Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and executing C&S
• works.
• Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications.
• Perform construction planning, coordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants
• and Authorities on all project aspects.
• Develop detailed work plans and cost estimations for a practical forecast of cost and
• workforce requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of reports.
• Lead, coordinate and manage civil and structural works of a project.
• Prepare, monitor and review site work programs.
• Plan and schedule the works and resources for a project.
• Lead and resolve all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Ensure that the works are performed to meet the company’s ISO standards and contractual requirements.
