We are thrilled to welcome you aboard our water business as a project administrator for the New Kranji Water Reclamation Plant project. You will be based at the Singapore Jacobs Office located at Beach Road. This role will work closely with and support the Project team.
Your essential duties will include:
- Assisting with meeting scheduling, training coordination, and file preparation
- Handling various administrative tasks, such as creating PowerPoint presentations and letters, generating Excel reports, consolidating monthly reports, and creating monthly statistics graphs
- Recording, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes
- Assisting with administration and record-keeping
- Providing support for internal and offsite functions for both Jacobs and the Client
- Filing and uploading documents, meeting minutes, and permits
- Supporting general procurement activities for the Project team, including coordinating external service providers for training and managing office equipment/supplies procurement/rentals
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administration.
- Prior experience in large office/construction project settings will be an added advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude at work
