· Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary

· Assist BD in preparation and submission of tender documents (e.g. Fill-in Tender Forms, Contractors particulars & Technical Data (Upon receipt from PICs) as per Tender Format

• Ensure all systems are commissioned and fully operational before project handover.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, inspections, and any technical changes.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager, documenting site activities, potential delays, and areas of concern.
• Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring all subcontractors are working in a safe and responsible manner.
• Implement safety audits and resolve any safety concerns during construction.
• Propose improvements or optimizations to enhance the efficiency of MEP systems in ongoing or future projects.
• Assist the project team in any other MEP-related tasks as directed by the Project Manager or higher management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an MEP-related role within the construction industry.
• Industrial project site experience is advantageous, particularly in the installation and commissioning of HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Process Systems, or Cleanroom facilities.
• Experience working with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) teams is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Process Systems, Gas Systems, or Cleanroom systems).
• Familiarity with relevant design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations in Singapore.
• Fluent in English, with basic communication skills in Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Prepare and submit of shop drawings and as-built drawings to client.
• Preparation of Weekly and monthly progress reports

You will be responsible for the design and development of new high-speed custom automation electrical control systems, machine software, and user interfaces. What You Will Do

• Provides controls feasibility and equipment cost estimates to automation development team.
• Works with mechanical engineering department to determine design complete dates. Prioritizes work to fulfill deadlines.
• Specifies Control Hardware and generates Bills of Material, Designs Control Panels and Enclosures, Creates Electrical & Pnuematic Schematics.
• Assists in executing the machine debug, qualification, and installation
• Provides technical support for the launch of equipment produced by the LR-Automation Team. Responsibilities will include traveling to mass production facilities for machine install & qualification, training of technicians and operators to ensure the proper and safe operation of equipment and supports any software changes in the field.
• Attends Design Reviews and PFMEA’s while working with mechanical engineers to improve current and future designs of automation.
• Tracks projects using internal methods for summarizing component cost, labor, and leadtime. Develops accurate, up-to-date BOM’s and Spare Parts Lists
• Understands, supports, and contributes to complete projects according to internal product development procedures, TQM and IS/QS-9000 requirements. Embraces Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• International Travel: Up to 20% per year.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years of Control Panel Design & PLC Programming experience.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Yaskawa NON-IEC PLC Programming Language.
• Experience in generating industrial electrical schematics, including safety guarding standards.
• Expertise in the design and documentation of machine controls.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, propose and evaluate new business opportunities for business growth, with respect to the sale/purchase of refining products including procurement of intermediate components for value-added feedstock/blending entities, and third-party service collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish operating, commercial and accounting procedures for managing third-party contracts and agreements.
• Oversee day-to-day refinery performance and ensure stakeholders adherence to contractual quantity and obligations. Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the needs of refinery feedstock demand and supply of products, to achieve optimal refinery operation.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in oil refinery/petrochemical.
• Experience in process/development engineering or commercial work knowledge will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project management, survey, managing site works, construction activities, monitor work schedules, update progress, planning and implementation in accordance to master work plan and scope of work within project budget.

• Provide guidance and supervision to contractors/ in-¬house workers in relation to Electrical/ Structured cabling works in accordance to proposal for site build for cabling infrastructure, installation quality, and adherence to site work safety requirements and to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare project submissions, tenders, system designs, installation drawing & coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects

• Participate in project meetings and resolving project issues

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/ Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 1-¬3 years Project Management and hands on working experience in Electrical and/or Structured Cabling.
