Requirements

• Min 2 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost estimation and control, budget management, design review, risk assessment, safety & quality control and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
• Vast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Responsible for all site works and activities
• Ensure effective project planning and implementation, efficient use of resources, and proper co-ordination and delegation of works to successfully complete project by the contractual deadline and within the budgeted cost.
• Ensure all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
• Engage and coordinate internal resources, engineers, consultants, and solar installers in preparation and execution of project plans through completion.
• Review and take ownership of project budgets including cost of permits and fees, third-party consultants, and construction costs for off-site, site work.
• To ensure site supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client & regulatory requirements
• To ensure high Environmental, Safety and Health standards are upheld on site at all times
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by company from time to time

• Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly Progress Claims and PM Reports.
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Planning of micro scheduling with other trades/disciplines against Master program
• To update structural/architectural/M&E progress with scheduling tools.
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or recognized by PE Board/ BCA

• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM
