Job Requirement :

1) Working under, assisting for and reporting to Project Manager, or Project Manager’s assigned manager/engineer of Offshore Transportation and Installation project team.

2) To coordinate/attend the vessel inspection with inspector/client and compiling the observation report and preparing the close out report.

• To review the project document.
• To create the project required document together with project management team.
• To liaise with vessel owner/client to implement the above assignment.
• To monitor the progress of Coating of pipes in coating yard in Malaysia, or Indonesia.
• To coordinate with subcontractor for load out of line pipes at the jetty near coating yard in Malaysia.
• To coordinate with subcontractor for work procedure, mobilization and demobilization of their equipment and personnel.
• To generate the procedures necessary for Offshore Transportation and Installation.
• To draft purchase request based on the information of MTO and coordinate with procurement team of office
• To check the materials procured for the project is as per purchase order on DLB or storage yard.
• To perform the work requested from the Project manager
• To assist Offshore Construction Manager on board of DLB during site installation.

Job Requirement :

• Preferable having more than 3-5 year experience of the similar roll and responsibility of the abovementioned roll and responsibility in offshore oil/gas platform and pipeline installation project (onshore experience shall not be considered).
• Otherwise having more than 1 year experience of the field engineer working on installation vessel for offshore Installation of Pipeline and Platform.
• Willing to commit for at least 1 year contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Engineering, programming and testing of IBMS and BMS Software.
• Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.
• Prepare material drawing submission, site testing, commissioning with clients and software rectification work for ad-hoc jobs.
• Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols.
• Lead supervisors/technicians in BMS’ field work at sites.
• Manage and monitor project works by managing project schedule, quality and site safety.
• Propose and implement improvement works to clients.
• Establish and maintain courteous and good relationship with clients.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System.
• Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with projects requirements & specifications.
• Direct, supervise and control qualified sub-contractors /internal project team members to ensure work is executed to approve drawings/specifications.
• Coordinate, oversee and interface with the customers (end user, main contractors and M&E contractors) to resolve issues, produce relevant technical reports and documentation as required
• Prepare method of statements and risk assessment reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Automation / Building Technology)
• At least 3 years’ working experience in IBMS, BMS, industrial automation, process automation, and/or building ACMV systems.
• Have worked with BMS/ACMV system in the Critical Operations Infrastructure is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Programming Siemens/ABB/Schneider Software are preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus/BACNet/MQTT/IP/Webservices).
• Knowledge in Autocad & preferably in BIM drawings
• Must be independent & able to commit to project deliverables

Degree/Diploma Civil & Structures Engineering discipline recognized by PEB

· Handling technical and engineering issues.

· Report and prepare with given report template for the inspection outcome.
· Ensure safe work procedures are implemented at site.
· Ensure projects meet authority standards.
· Other Ad-hoc related duties assigned by the company

1. Able to communicate and have good writing skill in English
