RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide sales and marketing administrative support to the Sales Division
• Responsible for sales order processing, generation of reports, quotations and compilation of tender documents for submission
• Liaise with Operations & Finance on internal business process workflows
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with all our existing & potential customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in medical, scientific or equivalent.
• Some work experience in the medical equipment, devices and consumables industry would be an added advantage
• Fluent in both spoken & written English
• Procifient in MS Office particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of SAGE or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Team player with a resourceful, meticulous with can-do attitude
