Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Partnership Distribution, you will be providing operational support to the Affinity Partnership team.

• Sales Report Management – Track daily sales results captured in the system and highlight any potential errors or discrepancies. Check sales results against sales report provided by partners to ensure accuracy.Provide weekly sales report by partners’ performance, campaigns and product lines. To provide any other reports as required.
• Sales Leads Management – Extract daily / weekly / monthly customer leads through partners and campaigns to in-house call centre for cross-sell. Report cross-sell results in weekly sales report. Work closely with call centre manager on leads extraction, leads utilization and accurate sales reporting.
• Operational Support – Manage invoicing and ensuring on-time payment by partners. Communicate with partners or vendors for any related matters. Provide support for ad-hoc events, e.g. roadshows, campaigns, product launch, trainings and other promotional activities when required.
• Business Support – Participate in UAT system testing when required. Communicate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT for any tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in General Insurance.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, Strong project management and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team under tight datelines and pressure.
• Adaptable to changes and ability to multi-task.
• Competent in MS office especially in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Certifications in BCP and PGI will be a plus.
