What You’ll Do:
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to provide tailored HR consultancy services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support marketing efforts to promote recruitment and consultancy services.
Compensation:
- Profit-sharing model or commission-based earnings.
