You will design business operating models and processes and new ways of working to ensure clients can be successful navigating the pace of market change. You will also lead teams to solve business problems using agile ways of working to reach client outcomes within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

· Demonstrate your experience in management consulting, scaling agile ways of working, delivering agile operating models and agile training/coaching.

· Write proposals for business development

· Exercise a consulting mindset, including structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact

· Use problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)

· Share your interest and passion for coaching to influence outcomes

· Explore customer centric approaches to deliver business value

· Demonstrate your expertise in specific industries or business functions

· Own your workplan and storyline while coaching and developing your team

· Lead projects with multiple team members, occasionally globally dispersed

· Coach client teams in a wide range of situations across industries and functions

· Facilitate and train in a practical and engaging way to Senior Executives, Management Teams and Agile Teams

What we look for
