Responsibilities

• Support the Business Processing and Operations Office in their daily task of business processing function and process review;
• Assist in the issuance of contracts and endorsements as well as contract adjustments;
• Responsible for contract premiums computation as well as contract refund;
• Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on contract benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
• Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
• Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and preparation of all project artefacts through collecting, analysing, summarizing information and ensuring artefacts are delivered in accordance to the project delivery process and standards
• Assist in preparations of reports and dashboards (forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports) at group level
• Monitoring progress of projects and highlight to Group Head of potential issues
• Coordinating and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and implement end-to-end projects related to IT Infrastructure (including Cloud) according to project governance.
• Work with internal business and other stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirements, translate business IT requirements to technical requirements.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and dependencies and drive project execution from initiation to closure
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives
• Effectively communicate project progress, status and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on project metrics, risk and dependencies
• Own and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget
• Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with min. 7 years of experience in IT Project Management in the financial industry
• Experience in managing the entire software development practices, various development methodologies and implementation
• Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and cybersecurity solutions
• Experiences in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations
• Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain deployment and operational efficiency
• In-depth knowledge on Project Management/Business Analysis
• Possess strong leadership, capable of managing stakeholders and maintaining relationships in large scale projects
• Strong team management skills, influencing skills and collaborative team player
