• Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements. Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise, coordinate, control and carry out the work assigned related to project(s).
• Review incoming client document from technical consideration and make require summaries/ key points for agreeing on strategy for execution with Project Director and decide requirement of resources including external resources.
• Monitor planning and progress of work.
• Monitor the issue of technical documents by establishing and updating the Document List.
• Provide all information to the Project Director related to organisation, planning, progress and reporting on activities assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to relocate to Dubai for Project duration, minimum 6 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering major in Mechanical, specializing in project material engineering, petrochemical and plant design and construction.
• At least 15 years of working experiences in engineering company.
• At least 4 years working experiences in FPSO and Offshore project management, engineering and construction execution and management
• Working experiences as engineer or project control in design office and construction yard such as module fabrication shop or shipyard and integration of topside modules to hull.
• Strong engineering knowledge of Topside engineering including module, piping and equipment layout design, material design, and procurement in FPSO Project, working knowledge with NORSOK, DNV, ASME, ASTM, MSS, working knowledge or experience in support design, and insulation design.
• Willing to travel and/or station in module fabrication yard, structure pre-fabrication shop, detail engineering subcontractor’s office as project engineer.
• Familiar and aware of collaboration and interface coordination between Joint Venture, Consortium set-up and inter-discipline engineering and inter-contractor activities with proactive mind.
