Job Description

• Report to and help the Project Manager (PM) with project functions such as project management, site management, risk control management, safety, and commissioning, among others, in order to accomplish the project(s) goals.
• Design, install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical low-voltage systems such as fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and audio/visual systems.
• Prepare technical specifications and drawings for ELV systems in accordance with customer specifications and submit drawings and materials for approval.
• Work with the SI integrator to develop the Method of Statement and Risk Assessment.
• Collaboration with architects, contractors, and other engineers is required to guarantee that ELV systems relate to other building systems.
• Engage with customers to discuss their ELV requirements and collaborate on deliverables with the System Integrator.
• Acquire permissions and authorization for ELV installations.
• Manage and supervise foreign workers.
• Handle company van, tools and material.

The roles include project coordination, documentation and supervision of workers at sites. Candidate should have GCE 'O' or 'N' Level with some years of experience in construction industry, preferably related to work-at-heights safety products. DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Able to manage and liaise with Sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

· Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

· Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

· Monitor project progress as per targeted schedules. Track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.

· Attend daily tool box meeting

· Enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards promptly

· Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials used, and personnel on-site, to facilitate reporting and project evaluation

· Prepare and submit reports, project plans, material submittals for approval.

· Prepare and submit all close up documents upon Project completion.

· Able to write reports and submission of risk assessments, safe work procedures & method statements.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

EDUCATION:

· Possess Nitec in technical field is preferable.

· Experience in construction project coordination is an added advantage.

· Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE:

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

· Ability to use MS Office and AutoCADD
