RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Deputy Director to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;

Description

The Project Coordinator (Construction) the execution of construction operations. He/She validates the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems and completion of activities. He also assesses compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. He is meticulous and highly detail-orientated. He possesses strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder management. He works on-site on a rotating or day-shift schedule.

Tasks

Manage construction phase

• Support the preparation of construction contractual and tender documents for approvals and submissions

• Identify construction requirements based on project size, scope and timeline

• Apply established policies and procedures to manage construction sites and associated risks

• Assess construction progress reports based on contractual terms to manage time, cost and quality

• Verify action items and follow-ups from project meetings

• Acting as a key point of contact between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Assess quality assurance and control standards against stakeholders' expectations

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, maintaining master data within SAP, and leveraging tools like Power BI and Excel for reporting and insights. You will work closely with BU Medical, Service , finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for strategic decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master Data Management: Oversee the global master data lifecycle processes, including creation, validation, and deactivation of data in SAP in alignment with the PhaseIn-PhaseOut process. Optimize data quality and reliability by applying pricelist updates and corrections in response to user requests.
• Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize sales data to provide comprehensive and actionable insights on sales performance, trends, attachment rates, and more; to support global BU Medical stakeholders, including senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support business requests, maintain data integrity and suggest or support process improvements in relation to MDM, lifecycle management or business analytics.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or master data management .
• Proficiency in SAP for master data management and advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
